About Us
Who we are
Welcome to Feel the Part! We are a community interest company, the first of its kind in Staffordshire, providing unique and empowering support focused on the personal transformation, self-worth, aspirations, and confidence of disadvantaged young people. We believe that progress begins when young individuals learn to recognise and value themselves
Meet The Team
Founded by two friends dedicated to uplifting young people to Feel the Part, our organisation brings together over 30 years’ experience supporting young people with complex and challenging needs, including those on the cusp of crime and exclusion from society.
This experience has been developed through strategic partnerships within the VCFSE sector, spanning the delivery of impactful wellbeing interventions, youth and community development, mentoring, and barbering. Our success stems from our ability to engage with disadvantaged young people in ways that truly resonate - earning their trust, respect, and understanding, which are essential for fostering meaningful social progress.
We are a small team of passionate individuals with expertise in youth development, community engagement, employment, and mental health. We are also supported by dedicated young volunteers who actively champion our youth activities. Together, we strive to create positive, lasting change for young people across Staffordshire.

We hope you enjoy looking around - Please get in touch if you would like to know more about us.
